The Coinvest Procurement portal carries all the tenders that have been published in each country of operation within 24 hours of publication. On a daily basis, the system emails Daily Notifications carrying tenders that match your selected business categories and allows the you to immediately view and download the Detailed Tender Document and proceed with bid preparation. The Coinvest Procurement has a wide range of business categories that allow your company a fair level of flexibility and precision when creating your profile. Our data capture team makes every effort to ensure the completeness of the database by collating tender information from the government tender bulletins, newspaper publications and various websites.
Tenders information is collated from the government tender bulletins, newspaper publications and various websites. As explained in our Terms and Conditions, the content we provide is generated by the relevant procuring entities, and published on various public platforms. We make every effort to display the Tender Notification as advertised, as a reference to support each tender record on our portal.
There is no restriction of tender search filters, and site visitors and members can freely search through the Coinvest Procurement database. Unsubscribed members and general site visitors cannot view or download the detailed tender information. Only subscribed members will receive Daily Notification emails and have their dashboard updated with daily tender information matching the selected business categories.
For added convenience, a company can have multiple accounts by registering multiple accounts for their representatives. Each email address is an independent account and will subscribe separately.
There are 3 levels of access to the website for (a) subscribed members, (b)members with an expired subscription and (c) unsubscribed site visitors. Only subscribed members have full access to the website. Members with expired subscriptions can search the site but will not be able to view detailed tender information. Unsubscribed site visitors will be able to search, but will not have a Dashboard and will not be able to view detailed tender information.
Every effort has been made to provide a has a wide range of business categories that allow members a fair level of flexibility and precision in creating their profile. However, in certain cases, some categories might be broadly defined. Please confirm and edit your category selection in the Dashboard, My Account section.
The details on your profile can be edited on the Dashboard, My Account section.
Normally this either means that no tenders matching your selected business categories have been published, or your subscription has expired. Please check your subscription status on the Header section of the website, or on the Dashboard, My Subscription section.
